About Us
Rotaract Club Jammu City is an enthusiastic club of the young blood of Jammu. The club operates with the central aim of social welfare while preparing its members to serve for the greater good of the society through every avenue that they pursue.
Rotaractars continue to provide assistance globally through their own Clubs, Rotary, and beyond in serving humanity. There is no denying that more needs to be done especially with the ‘pandemic’ which has affected every part of our daily lives and shows no sign of slowing down.

Let's deep dive into some of our Contributions & Hardwork
Visit to Ved Mandir
Rotaractors visited the orphanage where they made rakhi’s with the orphans . Treats were also distributed among the children in the form of packed eatables and regular utilities.
Project Suraksha
A vaccination drive was organized on 9th August, 2021 at Urban health centre, Trikuta Nagar, Jammu.
PAWsible together
Focusing on the condition of the stray dogs in chilling winter season, we provided them with cozy beds and shelter.
BAKE SALE
A Bake Sale was organized on the eve of Christmas wherein we sold muffins to the general public as a fund raising project to buy woolen clothes for the less fortunate.
Project Annapurna
A food donation drive was organized with the purpose to distribute the unused/leftover food from the weddings to feed less fortunate people around the city.
Blood donation
A blood donation camp was organised in collaboration with GMC Blood Bank , Bakshi Nagar. In addition to this , biscuits and juices were also distributed at the hospital to the needy.

In addition to getting to know many of the leaders in our community, Rotary has given me the opportunity to stay involved with both college and grade school aged young people. The Rotaract Program as well as our dictionary distribution program for third graders helps me stay at least young at heart.
